Q: My players are not receiving their activation keys, how do I get their accounts activated?
A: To activate a players account, use the 'edit user' from your Admin page. Once you are in that players record, simply place a password in for them. You will need to inform the player they are activated and to use the 'lost password' link to retrieve the password you provided. At that point they can do a password change using the 'user editor' link from the left column of your league's main page.
Q: How do I change the password for one of the Admins on the league?
A: Log into your Admin page. You will see a link for 'Edit Admins'. In that link you will see a button that states 'new password'. Click that for the Admin that you wish to provide a new password for. This will create a new random password created by Cases and automatically email the Admin their new password. The Admins no longer have the ability to create their own password as we were having too many issues of non-secure passwords and the leagues being hacked.
Q: I have forgotten my Admin password. How can I find out what it is?
A: Go to http://www.myleague.com At the bottom is a link for lost passwords for the Admins. The system will automatically email you your Admin password.
Q: One of my TDs had to have a tourney fixed. How do I correct the players stats?
A: Log into your Admin page. You will see a link marked 'edit user'. Place the players name in and when you get to the next page you will see this players ladder record. In the red section you will see their wins and losses. Just change the wins and losses accordingly. In the second purple section will be the players tourney stats. Again just change the wins and losses accordingly. If the misreported match changed the winner of the tourney then you can remove one victory from one of the players and add one victory to the other player. Click the save button at the bottom. If the player is a premium member the old report will still show in their history but there ladder stats will be correct.
Q: When I log into the Admin page, I am showing either one of my TDs or players name as my ID. How do I fix this?
A: Log into either your TD or HTD Admin page, then use the 'Logout' link. Then log back into the TD or HTD Admin page and you should see your name listed.
Q: A player asked me to change their password. When I go to the proper page it says 'not available'. Why is that?
A: If a member has a Premium account, you will not be able to view or change the password. You only have access to the regular (free) members passwords.
Q: One of my TDs hosted a paper tourney. How do I report these matches to my league?
A: To report a paper tourney, log into your Admin page (not TD Admin page). You will see a link marked 'Report Match'. You will need to use this link to report all the matches for the tourney. This will report the match to the ladder side while making the appropriate corrections in rank and rating.
Q: We used a sub in a tourney for a player that did not show up. How can we get them the credit and bux for their wins?
A: Anytime a sub is used in a tourney, they are not entitled to any stats or bux. This is why most leagues try and not use subs unless they have to. In most cases it is best to just time out the player that either did not show up or was DQ'd.
Q: When I click the 'administer tourney' link from within my Admin page, I get a TD name/password invalid error. How can I fix this?
A: If you are attempting to access the Tourney Admin page from your Admin page, then your TD name and password must match your Admin name and password. THIS LINK IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE HEAD ADMIN. If your TD name/password does not exactly match your Admin name/password, then please use the 'tourney support' link from either the TD or HTD Admin page for further assistance.
You can also log into either of these links using your TD name and password:

Q: I am having problems with another MyLeague, what can I do to get this corrected?
A: Please have your HA contact the HA of the other league by email to try and get this resolved. If this can not be resolved by direct contact with the other league, then have the HA submit this as an official Admin Complaint using the 'Admin Complaint' form found on their Admin menu.
Q: I get a Username/Password error when I try to post in my forum. It this something that I can fix?
A: This is typically caused by one of two common issues.
1. If your player name and Admin name are exactly the same, the system will look for your Admin password to match the name. If that doesn't work, try changing your Admin name just slightly so that it's not an exact match of your player name and then you should be able to post.
2. The other common cause of posting problems is running firewall software that is preventing you from posting in our forums. If you are running a firewall that blocks referral URLs or cookies, try disabling your firewall entirely and test posting without it.
The firewall problem is typically indicated by a "Host name not authorized" error rather than the Username/Password combination error that you've described, so I suspect that #1 is actually the issue.
