Q: I have a problem with my Premium Membership, who can I contact to get this corrected?

Q: Can I move my Gold account to a different ladder or league?
A: In the left column of your main page use the 'user editor' link. (This is for the league or ladder which holds the Gold account) Once logged in you should see a 'Gold Transfer' button. You are allowed to transfer your Gold account once every 90 days.
Gold Privilege Transfer
Please note: This tool will associate your gold membership with a different ladder. You need to have an account on the ladder to which you are transferring your gold privileges. The email addresses in the two accounts must match. No player statistics except gold history will transfer to the new league. Ladderbux from this ladder will not move with you. Please note that lifetime Gold memberships moved will change to yearly Gold due to changes in our membership programs.
Q: I have a Premium membership (Platinum or Diamond only), how can I add another league or ladder to my account?
A: To add another league to your premium membership, please go to the league's main page in which you have your premium membership. In the left column there is a link marked 'User Editors'. Click that one and then log in using your ladder name and password.
On the next page you will see at the bottom a button marked Platinum/Diamond memberships. Click that one. This page will allow you to use a number of tools to properly adjust your premium memberships. You will see an 'Add Membership' button. Click that and then pick the name of the league you wish to add as a premium account.
You must be a member of the league you want to make premium and your email addresses must match. The system will not automatically add an account for you since we have no idea which ladder or league you prefer to have as a Premium account.
Q: I use the bux gifting feature a lot, how can I tell how much I have remaining to gift?
A: As a Premium member you can gift up to a specific amount LadderBux per week. It's important to understand how it works though - each individual amount you gift during the week is available for gifting again exactly 7 days later. And - all Gifts come from your own LadderBux. While you have the ability to gift a certain amount, that doesn't mean you have that amount in your account :)
When you go to the User Editor and click on the Gift Bux option, you'll see the amount you currently have available to Gift. If you aren't sure what you've already given then click the "Click Here for Detailed Summary" link and you'll be able to see each gift. The date and time shown are when you gifted that amount, so 7 days from that time, you'll be able to gift that amount again.
Q: Where can I see the different memberships and purchase the one I want?
